CO Springs is a attractive location & great place to call home, but situated at the eastern foot of the Rocky Mountains, it offers a view of Pikes Peak, proximity to Pike National Forest & the nearby Garden of the Gods park, but there are amazing hiking trailways, a railway leading to the summit of Pikes Peak & the red-sandstone formations of Gardens of the Gods park, then cO Springs sees frigid temperatures & plenty of snow for skiing, snowboarding & snowmobiling in the winter.
The summer time is the ideal time to visit Palmer Park, Broadmoor Seven Falls & Cave of the Winds Mountain Park.
The Spring provides gorgeous wildflowers & the fall showcases colorful leaves. I’ve lived in CO Springs for a little over ten years. I initially settled in the part because of a guy.
