Lawyers charge so much for even an hour of their time. My ex-wifey and I couldn’t agree on anything but keeping things fast. We didn’t want to lose a bunch of money hashing out details. We went back and forth deciding who gets what before even calling lawyers, however one thing my associate and I agreed on was selling our Jacksonville, FL house fast for money. It was a better decision financially than listing it. Selling a house on the market can take months. We wanted to have our greatest asset taken care of right away!
