The house is gorgeous with its wood porch, but the amount of upkeep is obscene. Without the porch, it would be worthless. So I decided that I was tired of all the upkeep and I wanted to sell the place. When I listed my home online I found that everyone wanted me to redo the porch, fix up the gazebo, and finish the addition. No way. I am not signing up to do a major project for someone else to enjoy it. Everything was good enough to move in right then. I wasn’t willing to pander in order to make a sale.
